CASHEW NUT LOAF | |
3 c. raw cashew pieces (unsalted) 3/4 - 1 c. milk 2 lbs. onions, chopped 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 14 oz. can vegeburger 4 - 5 eggs 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. Sarita 3 tbsp. minced parsley 2 tbsp. Bakon yeast 1 tsp. each celery salt, sage and salt Put all the dry ingredients into a large food processor or grinder (except about 1/2 - 3/4 cup cashew pieces). Grind, then mix all other ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
