CASHEW NUT RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. raw cashew nuts
5 eggs
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. laverex
1 c. milk
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
2 lg. onions, chopped fine
1 c. bread crumbs
2 c. cooked rice

Combine first 9 ingredients in blender. Add bread crumbs and rice and pour into oiled casserole. Place in pan of water while baking. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
