HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour; stir into reserved juice. Add chunks of pineapple and cheese; mix well.

Spoon into greased one quart casserole. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; stir well. Sprinkle over pineapple-cheese mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until brown. Serves 4-6.
