CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
2/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Add all ingredients except chips and nuts to mixing bowl. Beat well. Pour into cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
