1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix sugars, oil, butter, eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees.
