POLYNESIAN SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lb. boneless lean pork
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve syrup)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 med. onion, cut up
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. green pepper, cut in strips

Brown meat that has been cut in strips. Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender. Add chicken, broth and pineapple, some juice, brown sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve over cooked rice.
