BEST COLESLAW 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 lg. carrot, shredded

About 1 1/2 hours before serving or early in the day in a large bowl mix mayonnaise, milk, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add cabbage (8 cups, lightly packed) and carrot. Toss gently until well coated. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
