MAPLE WALNUT CREAM DELIGHT 
CAKE:

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Delights yellow cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts

FILLING:

1 pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding mix
2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. maple flavor
1 c. Cool Whip, thawed & divided
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (8" or 9") round cake pans.

For cake, empty mix into large bowl. Add water, eggs and nuts. Mix, bake and cool following package directions.

For filling, cook pudding as directed on package, using skim milk. Stir in maple flavor. Place plastic wrap on surface of pudding. Refrigerate until cool. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping.
