MAPLE WALNUT CREAM DELIGHT 
CAKE:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

FILLING:

1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. maple flavor
1 c. Cool Whip, thawed and divided
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 8 or 9 inch round pans. Empty cake mix into large bowl. Add water, eggs and nuts. Mix, bake and cook following package directions.

For filling, cook pudding as directed on package. Stir n maple flavor. Place plastic wrap on surface of pudding. Refrigerate until cool. Fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip.

To assemble place one cake layer on serving plate. Spread with maple filling. Top with other cake layer. Spread remaining filling on top. Garnish with remaining Cool whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
