1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. pancake syrup
1 c. popcorn (popped)

Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 or 4 minutes stirring often at hard boiling stage. Pour over premade popcorn.
