ALABAMA BISCUITS 
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm (not hot) water
1/4 c. shortening

Mix milk, shortening and yeast with water until shortening and yeast are dissolved. Mix rest of ingredients. Knead on lightly floured board for 3 to 5 minutes.

Punch down. Pinch off and place in greased 9x13 inch glass dish. Let rise. Bake at 425 degrees until done. Taste like dinner rolls.
