PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
3 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans

Sift flour and add all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add raisins and pecans. In second bowl combine:

2 c. sugar
2 c. cooked and mashed pumpkin
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Add second bowl to the dry mixture and stir just until moist. Cook 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 30 to 36 muffins.
