CHICKEN WITH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked, boned, and diced
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (or 1/2 lb. fresh) mushrooms, sauteed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. whipping cream
Parmesan cheese

Make a sauce with the soup, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, mayonnaise, sherry, and cream.

Layer in a casserole dish the chicken, artichokes, sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
