BATTER FOR SHRIMP 
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. Schlitz beer, very cold
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten

Mix flour, sugar and salt. Beat egg and add to flour mixture. Add beer and stir. Add shrimp to coat. Fry in hot oil to brown.

BISQUICK BATTER:

1 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Carnation milk
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Optional: Greek seasoning to taste.

Mix well. Dredge shrimp in dry Nabisco cracker meal. Dip in batter. Hold by tails to drain. Place in dry cracker meal to coat. Fry in hot oil.
