BLUEBERRY-APPLE CRISP 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. cold butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. sliced, peeled apples
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8 1/2 x 2 inch round baking dish.

In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, flour and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. With a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans, set aside.

In large bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add apples and blueberries, toss until evenly coated. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with pecan mixture. Bake 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
