PEA "N" CHEESE SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can sweet peas
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all items and toss lightly. Chill. May serve on salad greens. Yield: 6 servings.
