PEA 'N CHEESE SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can sweet peas, chilled and drained
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. grated onion
1 chopped boiled egg
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
1/2 c. salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, toss lightly. Serve on salad greens.
