SQUASH BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. squash, grated
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins

Mix ingredients together. Pour in 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.

NOTE: May substitute with pumpkin, instead of squash.
