RICE PUDDING 
2 c. cooked rice or 1 c. instant rice plus 1 c. water = 2 c. cooked
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. half and half
2 c. milk
Nutmeg
Little vanilla

Butter 2 quart oblong casserole. Stir ingredients together and pour into casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake in a 9x13 pan of water in 350 degree oven about 1 hour. Serve with lingon berries.
