REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. corned beef, chopped
Swiss cheese, grated
4 slices dark rye bread crumbs
1 stick or 1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix sour cream and onion; spread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread sauerkraut over top. Layer with corned beef. Add Swiss cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
