CINNAMON ROLLS 
1/2 c. plus 1/2 tsp. Crisco
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. milk
Raisins

Mix first 4 ingredients. Knead and roll out. Spread butter. Sprinkle cinnamon, raisins, pecans and sugar. Roll up. Cut in 1 inch rounds. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar and milk.
