HOT CHILI 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
2 cans stewed tomatoes
4 whole red pepper (hot) OR
1 tbsp. ground red pepper
3-4 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Adolphs tenderizer
2 sm. cans red kidney beans

Brown onion in butter. Add ground round, salt, and pepper to taste with Adolphs. Puree stewed tomatoes in blender. Place in saucepan on medium heat.

When ground round is browned, add to stewed tomatoes along with red peppers and chili powder. Add red kidney beans; cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours on medium heat.
