2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. ketchup

In large bowl, mix well first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup ketchup. Firmly pat meat mixture into 9x5 loaf pan. Bake in 350 oven for 50 minutes. Garnish platter with parsley sprigs. Serves 8.
