2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. ketchup

Gently mix first four ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; combine lightly, but well. Shape into 5 or 6 small loaves. Spread with a little more ketchup, if desired. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. This is real good cold for sandwiches.
