2 lb. ground round
1 c. minced onions
1 c. minced celery
1 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/2 c. milk
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or A-1 Steak sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients real well, form into loaf and put into a 9 x 11 inch cake pan and place in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
