1 stick butter 1 pkg. saffron rice 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can mexi - corn 1 c. grated cheese, or more Cook rice as directed on package. Stir in butter, soup and mexicorn. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in 350 degree oven until heated through and cheese is melted. |
