KIELBASA EN CROUTE 
1 lb. kielbasa
1 pkg. puff pastry sheets, frozen
Dijon mustard
1 egg, beaten

Cut kielbasa into 2 pieces. Thaw puff pastry. Roll out pastry so that it is longer than the kielbasa. Spread pastry with mustard. Place kielbasa on pastry. Roll pastry around kielbasa and seal. Crimp ends. Brush roll with beaten egg. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Cool slightly and slice.
