YEAST MUFFINS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
4 heaping c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into muffin cups, 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24.
