YEAST MUFFINS 
2 c. very warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve the above.

Soften 1 1/2 sticks butter. Add 1/4 cup sugar. Beat 1 egg and add to mixture. Add 4 cups self-rising flour and mix with mixer. (Batter will be thin.)

Refrigerate up to one week or cook immediately at 400 degrees. Start in cold oven. Bake in muffin tins.
