1 chicken, boiled & boned
Dry bread, crumbled
Diced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Chicken broth from boiled chicken
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 qt. milk
Buttered bread crumbs

Dice chicken. Make dressing of dry bread soaked in chicken broth, onions and salt and pepper. Line a 9 inch pan with the dressing and cover with diced chicken. Mix 1 cup broth with the flour. Beat the eggs and add milk. Boil 3 minutes. Pour over chicken and dressing in baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
