BEV'S BEST CHICKEN 
2 boned and skinned chicken breasts
1/4 c. cooking wine
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
2 c. rice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Cheddar cheese
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. paprika
Parsley

Mix wine, butter, salt, pepper, and parsley in small pan. Bring to a boil and pour over chicken breast. Marinate for 1/2 hour in baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done (about 45 minutes). Cook 2 cups rice. Remove chicken from pan. Mix together juice from chicken, mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, paprika and parsley. Put rice in bottom of pan. Cut up chicken and place on top of rice. Pour liquid mixture over chicken and rice. Sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
