CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite-size pieces
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped almonds
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix together all of above ingredients. Put into greased casserole. Add 1/2 cup of potato chips as topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
