CHOCOLATE MICRO FUDGE 
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
1 tbsp. marshmallow fluff (mounded)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Line 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Butter foil and set aside. Put butter in large microwave bowl. Melt on high about 1 1/2 minutes. Add sugar and evaporated milk and stir well. Micro-cook uncovered for 8 1/2 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes (if bowl isn't large enough, it will boil over). Remove from microwave and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow, and vanilla, nuts if used. Stir until all is melted and well blended. Quickly turn fudge into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature, then chill for several hours until firm. Delicious and easy to make.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
