CARAMEL POPCORN 
14 c. popcorn, place in paper bag
1 stick butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine in glass bowl, butter, corn syrup and brown sugar. Microwave until mixture comes to full boil. Stir; microwave on HIGH 3 more minutes. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour mixture over popcorn (in paper bag); shake bag. Fold bag over twice, microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Shake bag. Microwave 30 seconds. Shake. Pour onto wax paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
