BEEF BRISKET 
5-6 lb. beef brisket
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
6 oz. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 oz. liquid smoke
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. water

Sprinkle both sides of meat with celery, onion and garlic salt. Pour liquid smoke over meat and put in refrigerator. Remove from marinade next morning and sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Put meat in a shallow pan. Cover with foil and bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees. Uncover meat after cooking time and pour barbecue sauce over it and continue baking for 1 hour longer. Remove meat to platter and slice paper thin.
