ZESTY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish. Stir into broccoli. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6-8 servings.
