3 lb. pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk

Put first 5 ingredients, aside in very large bowl. In large pan put sugar and milk, mix well on top of stove bring to rolling boil, and boil for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring often. Pour over first mixture and mix well, until all chocolate chips and butter are melted. Spread in large cake pan and completely cool. Cut into squares.
