Cook 1 pound of hamburger and a medium onion until done. Drain excess fat and 1 package taco seasoning mix and enough water for the mix. Stir in some diced potatoes and a can of mushroom soup. Put in casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
