TACO SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) jar Old El Paso Salsa sauce, thick and chunky
1 bag Frito corn chips
2 tomatoes
2 pkg. Ortega taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce
1 bag taco cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef, add seasoning mix and Salsa sauce with 1/2 cup water. Simmer 5 minutes. Crumble 1/2 bag corn chips on bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan. Now pour ground beef mixture on top of corn chips. Sprinkle 1/2 bag of shredded cheese over ground beef. Shred lettuce over that (up to top of pan). Sprinkle remaining cheese and corn chips on top of lettuce. Cut tomatoes and place over lettuce. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Serve each portion with sour cream and taco sauce.
