TACO SALAD CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) bag corn chips
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Lettuce
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Crumble corn chips and spread in bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. In large fry pan, brown onions and beef. Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning and chili beans. Stir and simmer 2 minutes. Pour over crushed corn chips. Add grated cheese, then layer of lettuce. Top with tomatoes.
