S'MORES BROWNIES | |
2 boxes milk chocolate brownie mix (or your favorite scratch mix doubled) 1/2 bag mini kisses for baking about 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (for melting) 1 jar marshmallows creme 1 pkg. chocolate graham crackers (optional) 1 pkg. regular graham crackers (2 if not using chocolate) 1 stick plus about 1/4 stick butter at least 1/2 gallon baggie 1 large bowl for mixing 1 medium bowl for mixing non-stick cooking spray 13x9-inch cake pan with fairly tall sides Preheat oven to 350°F 1. Crush all the Graham crackers in the baggie until mostly fine crumbs (set aside 1/4 to 1/2 cup for later). 2. Melt 1 stick of butter. 3. In medium bowl mix remaining cracker crumbs until incorporated. 4. Spray cake pan, then press crumb and butter mixture evenly in bottom of pan. 5. In large bowl mix the 2 pkgs of brownie mix according to package directions. 6. Add 1/2 bag mini kisses, folding them in. 7. Fold in mini marshmallows (more or less to your liking). 8. Pour batter into cake pan and bake at 350°F for about 55 minutes (until it doesn't jiggle any more). 9. Let cool for a bit. 10. Melt chocolate chips. 11. After brownies have cooled a bit, sprinkle leftover crumbs all over top. 12. Whip up marshmallows creme a bit. 13. Randomly put melted chocolate on top of brownies. 14. Randomly put marshmallow creme on top as well. 15. Cut and ENJOY!!! Submitted by: Cindy Engelke |
