PRUNE WHIP - SWEDISH DESSERT | |
12 egg whites 14 prunes, cooked and mashed fine 1 tsp. sugar for each egg 1 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites until they hold shape when bowl is tilted. Fold in sugar, a little at a time. Then fold in prunes and vanilla. Mix until it will stay in bowl when tilted. Bake in slow oven at 250 degrees for one hour. Serve cold with whipped cream. |
