PRUNE WHIP 
3/4 c. prunes, cut fine and cooked
3 egg whites, beaten until foamy
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat egg whites until foamy. Stir in cream of tartar. Add prunes. Put in buttered pan and set in pan of hot water. Bake 2 minutes. Turn out, put custard on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
