2 c. whipped cream
1 c. chopped prunes
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt

Cook prunes until soft but not mushy. Cool. Mix all ingredients together and freeze in small pan. Can use any other fruit in place of prunes.
