PRUNE TARTS 
1 lb. dried prunes
Sm. amount water

Cook until soft. 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 3 1/4 c. flour 1 c. butter, softened

Whip the cream until stiff. Sift the baking powder, salt and flour into the whipped cream and mix until thoroughly blended. Chill the dough for several hours. Roll out 1/4-inch thick. Cut into squares; put dab of prune mixture in middle. Cut each corner and fold into pinwheel shape. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
