16 oz. dairy sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack or Mexican blend - they all work great)
chopped tomatoes
sliced black olives
sliced green onions
and whatever else you think you might like

Mix dairy sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread in dish - this has some height to it so make sure you use a pan with sides (glass cake pan works nice). Layer shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives and onions. Keep chilled until ready to serve.

Scoop up with your favorite nacho chips.

Variation: Can layer guacamole on top of sour cream taco layer too!
