BREAKFAST EGGS 
1 box toasted croutons
8 eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper

Line bottom of pan with croutons. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over top. On top add cubes of ham or bacon and 2 cups shredded American cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until firm and golden brown.
