BREAKFAST BAKE 
16 slices bread (toasted)
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sharp American cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
3-4 c. cooked ham, diced
1 tbsp. chopped onion
7 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted

Trim crust after toasting. Put half in bottom of greased pan. Cover with 1/2 cheese and melt. Add onion and pepper and repeat layer. Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and beat thoroughly. Pour over mixture. Make crumbs from crust. Mix with melted butter and spread over the top. Refrigerate covered for 12-24 hours. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 1 hour. Leave set before cutting. Looks runny.

Glass pan easier to clean.
