BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices dry toast, crumbled
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Owens sausage
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Brown sausage in skillet; drain grease. Beat eggs; add milk; add remaining ingredients, including sausage. Pour into greased 8 x 11 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 - 8.
