KARL'S MARINADE 
For London Broil, Swiss or Flank Steak. Score meat and pierce with a fork.

1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. tomato paste or catsup
1 tbsp. salad oil
Minced garlic or garlic powder to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano

Brush onto meat. Wrap in wax paper or Saran Wrap. Marinate overnight. Sprinkling with meat tenderizer makes the meat more tender.
